Envisioned as a vibrant community and cultural hub, our PGCC concept is intended to bring together faith, learning, and belonging. Rooted in Islamic tradition yet designed with modern expression, it offers spaces that inspire connection across generations—uniting spiritual practice, community life, and youth engagement under one architectural vision.
Born from extensive consultation with community representatives and Council’s social planning team, the project balances spiritual, social, and recreational needs within one cohesive vision. PGCC will be more than a collection of buildings—but rather a living framework for human connection, where tradition and curiosity converge to empower the next generation.
At its heart, the concept integrates a mosque, restaurant, and trader spaces with a dynamic community hall. The design embraces both contemplation and vitality—structured around two key zones: a calm “quiet zone” for worship and reflection, and an “active zone” for gathering, sport, and celebration. These programs are unified by openness, natural light, and visual connection—inviting movement between faith, family, and friendship.
